Here in the City of San Fernando, we recognize that more than just a fundamental right, equality is an indicator of sustainable people-centered development, and thus, a precondition for our vision of becoming a People’s City. Our city’s progress is rooted in the empowerment of every Fernando and Fernanda, regardless of gender, age, ability or socio-economic status. To achieve our vision, we need everyone… we need YOU on board. The fight for gender equality and social inclusion belongs to all of us – men and women, young and old, abled and differently-abled.
We must remain steadfast in our commitment to creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, and a future where #SanaAll is replaced by #DapatAll so that no one is left behind. Because here in the People’s City , everyone is part of #SanFernandoTAYO. And here in the People’s City, TAYO ang simula, TAYO ang dahilan, TAYO ang solusyon, TAYO ang San Fernando.
